Cooler Master has added 2 new mice to its Master Mouse lineup, the MM520 and MM530. The 2 new mice employ identical hardware but where they differ is in the shape.

Both mice have the Pixart 3360 optical sensor, Omron switches for the left and right click buttons and 3 zone customizable RGB lighting. Both are also similar in terms of construction, with full hard plastic bodies and rubber surfaces on the left and right for grip. Where they both differ is the intended grip style.

The MM520 is, according to CM themselves, intended to replace the Spawn which is an older CM mouse. Its a wide grip mouse and supposed to by used in a claw grip and best suited for RTS games. You get 2 side buttons on the left side and a pinky rest on the right so it is definitely not ambidextrous. Apart from that you also get a DPI switch below the scroll that allows you increase DPI in increments of 100 DPI upto 12000 DPI.

The MM530 on the other hand has much more conventional shape, intended to replace the Mizar which is based on the shape of the popular Intellimouse 3.0 by Microsoft. It has a much gradual hump compared to the MM520, so its more suited for palm grip and competitive FPS games. Similar to the MM520, you get 2 side buttons on the left side but no pinky rest on the right. You get the same DPI switching ability as the other mouse, but the MM530 has up and down switches to increase and decrease DPI respectively.

The 2 mice are available now for $50 each MSRP.
